I just returned from Arizona having stayed two nights pre and post Train trip to Grand Canyon. Hotel was very clean and service was excellent. Did not live up to our expectations. Dated but spacious room with basic bathroom. Poor value for price charged. Didn't care for buffet style restaurant or its location. Some food was cold although good choice available. Slow service. More

Arrival at busy holiday time but reception was polite and efficient. Room was comfortable but became cold overnight as the exterior temperature fell.
