Our family stayed one night in one king and a double/double. Room was very clean and nice decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was not bad, but it was free! Overall we really liked the Downtowner and would recommend it to anyone.

the place is really nice - rooms were renew and looks really good. the bathroom was shining. room had a new TV and very comfy bed. Breakfast was the best one i had at a motel in America and had fresh fruites, waffles etc. staff was very helpful.

My family found this place on our way back from Colorado on Tripadvisor. Was pleasantly surprised. Clean, updated facility. Breakfast was excellent. Good location, nostalgic hotel that's been updated very tastefully. Service was GREAT and breakfast was quite a spread! Waffles, raisin bread, English muffins, Danish, yogurts, oatmeal, fruit. Great ace.
