Great service, rooms were very nice especially 2nd floor overlooking the huge outdoor pool. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Laundry room was clean and good machines. I am always thankful for a clean hotel that allows pets! We travel on business (as truckers) with our two small Yorkies. Thankfully, the Shilo allows pets for a small fee.
