We stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms ... rooms very clean and roomy ... we didn't eat breakfast there but they had it (we slept late) .... parking is an issue ... there is a big parking lot but not a lot of spaces up close ... also it was on a very busy street.

This hotel is definitly older, the furniture in our room was very tired, and the temperture setting was a bit of a guessing game. Oh...It doesn't have a hot tub either. That said, for 2 1/2 stars, it's very clean, the staff is attentive, it's a full free hot breakfast & we'll stay again when we go to Crystal Bridges.

I am very much NOT a fan of the area (pretty much the whole state of Arkansas), but the hotel itself was fine. It was located next to several restaurants easily within walking distance. This is pretty standard HIE. The gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant & helpful.

Stayed here after a L-O-N-G drive from Minnesota. While the surrounding area is beautiful and Krispy Kreme is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET (YAY!!!), this place was a dive. The carpet in the rooms and hallways was all matted down. The breakfast area was small, cluttered and not the cleanest and the breakfast staff was unattentive and crabby. Not recommended...seriously.

It seemed like anywhere you stay in the Bentonville/Rogers area will be convenient to the Crystal Bridges museum as well as other businesses in the area. Stayed 2 nights and was happy with the place. We booked this hotel last minute online for an unexpected trip to Arkansas. We have stayed at Holiday Inn properties before, and for lack of better words, they are very low brow run of the mill. I usually arrive late at night after a long day traveling and the staff is always friendly. Parking is convenient and a 24hrs Denny's is right next door. Although breakfast is included it is pretty basic. The rooms are generously sized and clean. My only complaint would be the AC units that all seem to be noisier than other hotels.... More

A good consistent place..just don't plan on using the sofa bed. Worst ever! This seems to be a hotel that was converted. Not all the furniture was changed. Love the location and the staff was friendly.

Easy check in and out. Staff was more than helpful. Room was large and clean, nice furnishings, nice fluffy towels, great bed, good breakfast and area to eat was very pleasant. Several places to eat near by. Great location near everything. Booked with Hotwire got a great rate. Will stay here on next trip to Bentonville.
