Although our room was supposed to be non smoking, the smell of stale smoke was overwhelming. There was an adjoining door to the room next to us with no visible lock. The people in the adjoining room were very loud, stayed up all night, and some strange smoke smell seeped through the adjoining door. The room was not clean. Couldn't... More

The room we had was filthy, there was nasty hair everywhere.Going into the bathroom was nails sticking up out of the floor. The door to the hotel had been broke instead of repairing it it was still half open...we felt uncomfortable the whole time.We couldn't even take a shower the whole trip for the dirty shower.Never ever stay at this motel!Plus I... I have stayed at a lot nicer hotels in Eureka Springs, however for the price and convenience when the other hotels are booked on a busy week I would go back. I did not have any problems with a dirty room- mine was very clean, the room was old fashioned and smelled old, but what do you expect for the... More

The room was big, but also dirty and very shabby looking. The headboards were missing and the musty smell was overwhelming when we walked in. The couch was stained and at that point we walked back out.

When we pulled up to the office and saw how run down and nasty the parking lot looked we hoped for the best but expected the worst. I went in to check us in and the office was filthy and cluttered. We got the room key, went in and the smell nearly knocked us over. It smelled so musty. You... More

This hotel is ran by very nice people but it is for the off the grid crowd who wants to pay cash and possibly use as extended stay for lack of another home. I have not seen a non computerized registration process since I was a child and that was the first red flag. The room was spacious but had... More

I have been in hospitality for over 10 years, has quality for a moderate good rate leave you a poor curb appeal, dirty front office, smokey non-smoking room, celing panel down to show there was a leaky pipe (hopefully fixed), dusty comforter/pillow casses, not knowing if washed since the summer season or at all. The breakfast of packaged Little Debbie... More

prices quoted on internet were $18.00 more than offered upon arrival. Couldn't get a discount because reservation was already booked. Couldn't cancel because they have a 24 hour policy for cancellations. Room was out-dated; beds were well-worn and not very comfortable to sleep on. We did cancel our second night and went elsewhere.

Upon walking into the room, the first thing I noticed was a fly swatter on the table and a few flies buzzing around. The room was a bit dumpy and the furniture is clearly out dated. We had a king room and the sheets and pillow cases didn't match. The towels didn't match. The continental breakfast was donuts. One of... More

Cheap, clean and the people were very helpful. Very accomadating. Breakfast was not what you would expect but hey go to mcdonalds. Their tickets are cheap. If staying there do not buy tickets until you get there. Only issue is that they smoke and the office is a little smoky and the towels were too. But for the price and... More
