My husband and I stumbled upon The Peabody House on a last-minute anniversary trip to Eureka Springs. The Peabody House made us wish we had planned to stay longer. We stayed in the beautiful Dashwood Suite, which was comfortable, warm, quite, and very romantic. The biggest advantage for us, though, was the excellent service. The innkeeper, Faryl, took us "under... more

We loved the Rivendell Cottage at the Peabody House. We picked it entirely from Tripadvisor reviews, and we were thrilled with the choice. The location is superb, just a short walk down to Main Street in Eureka Springs. The cottage is small but very nice, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The furnishings and decor are very tasteful, which is sometimes... more

We stayed for our anniversary. Needed quiet and leisure, got both and more! Rooms are incredibly decorated, breakfast breads delicious. We liked being able to enjoy our breakfast in the room or on the balcony. Extra care for making you feel at home. Within walking distance to downtown and trolly. Beautiful veiw of downtown Eureka Springs and surrounding mountains. Owner... more

This is the second time we've stayed here and were even more impressed the second time. It's been very well maintained, it's convenient to shops/restaurants, comfortable, and high end. Will definitely be back. more

Parking was a bit tight, otherwise the Peabody House is delightful. The Dashwood suite was very clean and large with plush furnishings, including a towel warmer and bathrobes, a mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The location is right downtown and an easy walk to all the shops & restaurants. All in all, our experience at Peabody House was everything... more

The Peabody is fantastic!!! My husband and I spent our honeymoon there (in the cheshire) and it couldn't have been better. The room was relaxing, comfortable and completely perfect. The house was within walking distance to nearly everything and the innkeeper gave us great recommendations on where to go. We even got free snacks, coffee, tea, soda, OJ, and delicious,... more

Stayed at the Rivendell cottage, which is tucked neatly in a private garden. Clean, comfortable, and most of all, cozy. Highly impressed with the helpful service and advice of the owner. Every recommendation proved to be an experience to remember. more

We stayed in the Rivendell Cottage and it was perfect and quaint for a young couple seeking alone time. The location is amazing and a very short walk right into downtown Eureka. The innkeeper is lovely, personable and very accommodating. It was an all around perfect weekend in the perfect little cottage. Would love to stay again sometime! more
