My wife and I were there from 5th to 19th April and was very disappointed that fr a 5 star hotel the swimming pools were freezing even the one that was heated. The hotel is huge but unconventional, the style of architecture is taken from historic Canarian buildings. The staff were excellent and always happy to help.
