A period Georgian farmhouse, well maintained, cosy and conveniently located in a quiet spot just three minutes walk to some good quality eateries. We and our dogs were made to feel welcome, shown the best walks and guided to the best food- perfect hospitality plus a great home cooked breakfast- :-)

This guest house is comfortable, quiet, clean and homely and the friendliness of the owners is to write home about. The extensive breakfast menu which included vegetarian sausages and other options was delicious and cooked perfectly, the local pork sausage and bacon which can be purchased from the butcher nearby was exceptionally good. From the moment we arrived every little... More

I spent a weekend away with my husband and young daughter in North Norfolk. We stayed in this lovely B&B. Annette and Jim very friendly and hospitable despite our late arrival. The room was warm, spacious and well decorated. The breakfast of a high standard. Our daughter was made to feel welcome, there were lots of books for her in... More

We can fully recommend Manor Farm. It was our first visit to the lovely Wells next the sea and Jim and Annette made us completely at home as well as giving us maps and tips for Wells and the local area. Our room was lovely in the 18the century building, warm, comfortable, quiet and very well appointed. Breakfast was delicious with... More

We stayed for a couple of nights in the winter and found the B&B to be very inviting, warm and cosy. The room was large and well appointed and the breakfast in the morning was superb with all local ingredients and an excellent coffee. Despite a late evening enquiry and that they were fully booked We were offered the caravan in the garden and accepted the 2 nights with gratitude. No real hardship .The breakfast and friendly service were excellent. Certainly a first choice when we decide to book properly in advance.

Not the first place I chose to book, why I don't know. We had the snug, yes its small, it was also made clear to us at the time of booking that it was small and the bonus was we had our own key to a room detached from the house. I am not a dog lover but the dogs... More
