cracking little b&b well decorated and spotless,full english breakfast was lovely,5 minute walk from the harbour,bars and restaurants and off road parking is handy,ensuite shower enclosure was a bit small tho but thats just being a bit picky would return in a heart beat.oh and great view from the breakfast room.

The place and location of the b & b is ideal for Padstow being far enough away from the centre of Padstow and a gentle 5 minute walk down hill to the harbour. Rooms exceptional with a cleanliness that is beyond most hotels. In fact the entire stay was nicer than most hotels. Room modern and exceptionally well equipped with everything you would need. Full English Breakfast was superb.

Stayed for 1 night and the place and location is brilliant. very welcoming, clean and the owners are lovely. The rooms are perfect. Will definately come back and stay again and would definately recommend it to people.
