I would not stay anywhere else now in Ullapool. The hotel has 3 private parking spaces on the front and the owners are very flexible as to when you arrive. This is a top class Bed and Breakfast. Beautiful views over Loch Broom, very tasteful rooms which are fresh and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

A fabulous traditional house located right on the foreshore of beautiful Loch broom in Ullapool. The location is perfect! Donnie & Fiona are very welcoming and friendly without being over-bearing. What a great room with a view out over Loch Broom and the comings and goings at the ferry port. Nicely decorated, clean and cosy. A warm welcome and a great hearty breakfast. We can thoroughly recommend Waterside.

This is a wonderful place to stay, in a fantastic setting. The whole guest house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our bedroom was extremely comfortable with a wonderful view. Breakfast was simply delicious, especially the Stornoway black pudding - yummy! The owners are a lovely couple and have made this the perfect place to stay when visiting Ullapool.

Nice cosy, clean rooms with stunning views looking out towards the harbour and Loch Broom. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Good selection of breakfasts on offer and cooked to a very high standard.
