This is our second visit, this time with some friends. Excellent stay again. Spotless, tasteful, warm and welcoming. Thank you for the loveley coffee / tea with cakes and great our breakfast. Great recommendations of places to eat in the evenings (Gliffaes Hotel and The Travellers in Talybont on Usk).

We stayed here during the Crickhowell walking festival in March. Cannot fault it in any way . The room was exceptionally comfortable, the breakfasts superb, and the hospitality offered by Julian and Alison was second to none. Can only echo the rave reviews of other posters. We stayed here for three nights in February to escape from work for a few days and to celebrate an anniversary. We had a lovely time, the house was gorgeous, and Alison and Julian are kind and attentive hosts. Thanks for making it such as special few days.

Lovely clean rooms with gorgeous comfy beds. Yummy breakfast, nothing too much trouble. I had Delicious home made Granola with yoghurt and porridge, the other breakfasts were all excellent too. My husband and I have just returned home from a 2 night break in Glan y Dwr and I cannot express how perfect our stay was. A beautiful house, great hosts (thank you Julian and Alison), a lovely comfortable room and a very hearty breakfast made with local produce. I have only 1 complaint .... that we couldn't stay longer!
