Only downside to this property is outside entrance to all rooms which allows for a lot of traffic noise of vehicles and guests using their 'outside' voices. Of course, this is obvious arrangement upon viewing the property so if this is not of concern to you it is a great bargain. Only paid $77 for comfortable room and nice breakfast.

We stayed here for 1 night and is very quite clean with a fridge and microwave. They also have a free hot breakfast. We would stay there again.
