The service during our stay went over and beyond our expectations. Some instances are highlighted in my mind. Especially comes to mind, is the service provided by Shabbir from the restaurant. We came here from Srinagar Houseboat(Gurkha) -the journey from Srinagar to Gulmarg was mind blowing. You see beautiful snow capped mountains and green lawns all the way. The location of Heevan is good and nearby Gandola (800 metres). The other good hotel is Khyber which is just beside Gandola. The drawback with the Vintage is it is outside Gulmarg(2-3 km)... More

“Great Place to stay”

We spend a night at Heevan retreat & the location is very nice. The hotel is 5 min walk-able from Gondola Center. We found the service & staff very nice & helpful. Heevan is definitely a place to stay for honeymooners as well as families.

Heevan Gulmarg is walkable distance from the Gondola (Cable Car) Base center. This place teems with hospitality at its bests.
