Overall, hotel santika balikpapan is a nice hotel. The location (only one step away from airport), the breakfast (lots of food to picks), the room (huge room, comfort bed and clean), and the staffs (always friendly and helpful).

Stay overnight due to first flight in the morning. The plus point of course its location which near to airport. the minus: I dont know if it is allowed but the therapist offered a happy ending The breakfast offered various menu, but the food presentation kills the appetite.

This is a clean, satisfying hotel and don't forget the best is the Airport Access on the lower level of this hotel. Sometimes you can ask the staff to help you checking-in your flight. But I prefer to have breakfast, check-in, return to room and relax until my flight time.

Great location, right on the airport, rooms most of them good, although a lot of moisture, clean rooms and toilets (not common in Indonesia ) Good foot but expensive Employees English level, very bad!
