“Nice place to escape”

Located beside the beach, really amazing view from the room's window. The hotel is old, but still well maintain, modern, 'looks new' furnished. The standart room was huge, more than I expected. “Has seen better days”

Its ok but seen better days. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is not nice and coffee is truly terrible. Bar service is a bit slow and no background music. Have not tried their restaurants for lunch dinner.

“A good hotel on the beach...”

This is a good hotel either for business or leisure. The price is just right, the hotel itself is clean and lux. The breakfast is ok, and the room is quite big. The service is ok, with attentive staff. The hotel is in good location, and have a private beach, good for barbeque party.

Great staff, excellent location.. The best value I have found after 7 hotels in Balikpapan, this one is my first choice.. The whole atmosphere is salubrious and great for a business, holiday or working trip.
