We wanted to stay but finally decided not, despite arriving at the hotel. Credit cards are not accepted and you can only pay cash. The front desk staff was arrogant and not helpful at all, so decided to change to anoterh hotel in old Bagan area.

We planned to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, but ended up staying only for 1. The reasons for this were: 1) The staff is unpleasant and rude - eager to make us sign for every payment, it is hard to enjoy the experience. Nothing will prepare you for this hotel located in the middle of the dry and dusty plain overlooking hundreds of temples and pagodas. The entire lobby is open air. The infinity pool overlooks the temples. The rooms are very nice, but nothing jaw dropping. The downside is that the hotel is isolated, but a taxi ride can cure that problem.... More
