Room - I stayed overnight at their room # 330, which was dirty and badly needs renovation. There were ants in the room, a few on the bed; spiderweb on the ceiling near the lightbulb; a cockroach in the bathroom. Remote control was not working. I tried 2 remote controls! Manual channel buttons weren't working. Bathroom - Filthy and smelly,... More

We're backpackers and happy for cheap stays and we've stayed in some dodgy places before but I've never felt this uncomfortable in a room. If you enjoy any slight feeling of comfort this isn't the place for you.

As previous reviews, nice painted on the outside but the rooms... Can't remember having a less hygienic stay in a hotel but this. We were tired so we took it just for one night before our flight to Manila. If you don't mind humid rooms, dirty sheets, toilets where you have to put a bucket of water to flush then... More

It's on rival street a short walk to some good restaurants and street food. You are getting what you pay for. A small dodgy room. Our room had an ant colony in it. Complete with flying ones. Staff are friendly, they have wifi, and it's quiet. Sign on the front door reads " this building is a fi hazard". That's... More

On January 27, 2012, me and my wife went to Legazpi for the renewal of my passport. We arrived early so as to finished our appointment at DFA because we are planning to roam around the different tourist spots within the city. After we ate our lunch, we decided to look for a hotel where we can stay overnight due to... More

The building looked good on the outside, with fresh paint and all, it actually looked as if it was just at most a year old. Walking towards the building a sign printed with red huge letters wouldn't escape your attention, it says "FIRE HAZARD." When we went inside to inquire. We were met with the most unattending and unfriendly hotel... More

we stayed on the inn on 18-19 May 2011. The CR is quite dirty. The water in the CR is also terrible, it's smelly and visibly dirty as there as pebbles with it. The air-con run is also a negative to this inn, it will run smoothly for several minutes then it will just suddenly produce a very irritating sound... More

We stumbled into it arriving from Donsol. We did not do a extensive web research, but maybe should have ,-) The place is from the outside ok, for houses of this price range. Yet, the inside is questionable. The rooms are run down, dirty and cheap. Well, good enough for us for one night, as we were tired, dirty and... More

My friend recommended this place. I think it has the cheapest rate in town and you can choose from fan to A/C to deluxe rooms. This hotel has restaurant where you can order foods at fair price. The room was good but the comfort room was not clean. The water is also odorous. There is a small TV in the... More
