“RUDE...RUDE”

My family of 4 firefighters were traveling through and the man at the front desk was totally RUDE and cut me off to tell me the rate was $109.99.....stay at the comfort inn there instead. TOTALLY RUDE service! Should be fired

“Hot Springs getaway”

Only hotel we could find somewhat near Hot Springs, AR. The location is fair for Hot Springs visit. It's right off a highway that you can hear every truck pass 24 hrs a day. The indoor pool was nice. “Not a smoking-free facility”

One of my travel pet peeves is a hotel that bills itself as a 100% smoking free facility but then allows its clerks to smoke right outside the entryway, requiring guests to run the gauntlet to check in.

“$15 for missing ice bucket!”

“Average stay”

I checked in and the elevator was rendered not usable, they were replacing the floor covering in it. Had to make three trips to the second floor with luggage. The staff acts like they don't have the answers, I haven't seen the Manager yet & been here 3 days. The Hosts seem more worrried about the smoke break.
