Nothing fabulous but if you're looking for a cheap room,$55 with tax, this one's ok. Needs work but decent enough to get some rest. Staff was friendly and it's in a safer location. I saw no bugs and the sheets were clean. There is a porn channel so be careful.
IF you want to stay somewhere that has a lot of bugs in the rooms, a lot of construction workers staying there - who drink, barbeque, & drink some more - and has a 24 hour adult movie channel...then this is the place for you.
However, if that's not what what you're looking for I suggest you go next door...
