Always pleasure staying here! Great welcome, food, gym, pool, room, and location! Stayed here many times, never disappointed. Water and snacks at checking is appreciated. Love pancake machine and fireplace in winter is relaxing.

I've stayed at all the hotels in Monticello and this hotel is the best. Nice rooms and great people to work with. I am in Monticello often and won't stay anywhere else. Rooms are always clean, wireless internet through out, business center, pool, exercise room. American owned and the manager is wonderful.

i was staying at the days inn in monticell ark. was not please with them i deside to come to holiday inn they gave me a better rate than any hotel in town.very nice staff from the manager,to the front desk to the ladies that prepare breaskfest wonderful peoples.they make me feel right at home.excellent servise.

The National Gospel Singing Convention was in Monticello Nov. 16 & 17,2012. My reservation for one night lodging at Holiday Inn Express was first class. The checking in and out was easy. Rooms were clean and the beds were the best. Enjoyed the stay in Monticello, Ark. Shelia was very helpful and nice to all. Thanks Alice

Beds were nice and comfortable, breakfast bar area was huge didn't have to worry about finding a place to sit. Rooms are oversized compared to other hotels and the new decor is awesome. Friendly people work here they want to help with every need just ask.

Stayed 11/17/2012 - Rooms are very roomy and clean. The beds are very comfortable. Very nice breakfast and nice breakfast area. Staff was extremely nice. Will stay there again if I'm ever in that area. Would loved to have sit outside under the back canopy, but didn't have the time and enjoy the scenery.
