Unless Marriott fixes these old properties, they will lose businesss to newer hotels. This place needs a lot of renovation-carpets, doors, etc. Breakfast was fair. Service good. Lot of shopping malls and restaurants close by

Checked in with no reservations. Rooms available. Friendly service. The room was clean and comfortable. No microwave or refrigerator. Went to breakfast room for hot drink. Nothing for guests. For the price, I expected hot water and a tea bag.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Quiet setting. Great simple breakfast area. Typical continental breakfast. You can also walk to Cracker Barrel - It has easy access from interstate 40 with easy parking. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Nice clean room, friendly lady on reception. Next door to cracker barrell for dinner. Swimming pool nice and clean. Good breakfast ! Would stay here again, and would use this chain again. Plenty of parking and very close to Little Rock and the freeway.

This is a standard Fairfield Inn - very clean, everything works well, friendly employees, standard size room. Next door to Cracker Barrel. Breakfast featured scrambled eggs and sausage as well as biscuits and gravy and Belgian Waffles. I try and stay here when visiting Little Rock or travelling through. Uniformly good.

Good location. Next to a Cracker Barrel. The rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice large bathroom and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was free and a good selection. Recommend this hotel for anyone needing a great place to stay.
