Great room, service & value. Room was more than big enough, cleaning service was good and we were two minutes away from the gondola with the shuttle service. Would stay there again without any hesitation.

It is a nice hotel out of the center of Bansko, not to far, not too close. It is in 10 min walking distance. Everyday organised shuttle bus to and from the gondola. Nice food and spa. Studios are really spacious and the rooms are kept clean every day.

We rented one of the apartments here and our experience was great. Very helpful and warm staff. The apartment is extremely spacious and maintained to the highest standards.
