Valentina Heights is a lovely hotel in easy walking distance of the gondola in Bansko. From the moment we were picked up from Sofia the staff did everything they could to be friendly and helpful. It was a right choice to stay at this hotel! The Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. They speak Bulgarian, English and Russian. Valentina Heights is conveniently located, within 10 minutes walk from the gondola. But there is no free transfer to the cable lift. The big advantage is having a jacuzzi, pool and sauna to collapse in after a hard days skiing. The staff are very good too. My advice would be to pay for a taxi with Pramen to avoid silly queues at gondola.

A lovely, clean and friendly run place. We stayed for 3 days in a studio apartment which was clean, comfortable and well supplied. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. nice hotel, clean and helpfull friendly stuff... we stayed there 3 days and will stay next time too... it is near to the gondola and the old city and they gave us a card to have discount for the ski equipments.
