We arrived back from Bansko yesterday, and I've never been so relieved to come home from a holiday! Stayed there for 3 nights (New Year 2010), NOT even once did anybody change our towels, and only one time the just cleaned up a little! We stayed here twice - first time was Feb 08 and then we booked for over New Year 08/09. We were quite satisfied with acomodation, service and food in hotel. The position, near gondola is also advantage. But burglaries are pretty often in this hotel, and they are among staff. My son left his mobile phone for 5 minutes near bar, and in that period only staff was around. His mobile phone disappeared. Also, the cleaning lady took money... more

We had a very enjoyable time at ths hotel, the service was good and the hotel very friendly. The sking was excellent and the ski lift is a short walk away. We will definatley return again more

That is 5 stars hotel, (by the way, will never get this hotel more of 3 stars in any caountry) build in the middle of nowhere. Central heating in the hotel is for arctic circle.
