Owners very knowledgeable about surrounding area. Room OK but no heated towell rail and heating not on so could not dry anything. Walking the coast to coast and arrived early at 2.45 to be met by the very welcoming Christine who gave us tea and cake in the lovely residents lounge. Room and bathroom a bit small but very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast outstanding as was our packed lunch. Really helpful advice for the walk. It is a great place to stay
