Rodent droppings on night stand, smoke detector in drawer, not ceiling. Peep hole missing insert: just a hole in the door. Floor is wet. Rodent droppings in bed. Exposed electrical box in ceiling. Great place to stay. Just needs a decorator inside and out. Could pay for decorator and decorations by lowering hot water temperature 20 degrees. Why waste money on energy and lawsuits.

I stay at this motel with friends at least once a year. The chief clerk is a wonderful older lady and we tease her a lot, and she is great, Look forward to her and your motel.
