The hotel is clean and close to the lake on the down side it is not new and some things need more maintenance but if you consider the price you have a very good place for the price, don´t miss the hot tub specially after a long day in the snow

Big Bear doesn't have a lot of lodging choices so this was better than most. The room was a good size and had flat screen TV.
