Nice place for the price. Quiet and close to the "downtown" area. Easy walk to the lake. I took a nice hike that was a few minutes drive from the lodge. Only stayed one night but it was enjoyable. Would come back.

We picked the Honey Bear Lodge to get off of the main drag where it would be a bit quieter. Honey Bear was very quiet, absolutely no road noise at all. The location is perfect and in winter season heated floors are ROCKI! However, beds weren't comfortable, couldn't sleep for two nights of staying and we couldn't control heating. Over the night inside the room was super hot. Rooms are clean and hosts are very friendly.

The new management is awesome. Marcos is a great manager and very personable, making sure we had everything we needed. The room were very clean and cute. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this lodge to everyone going to Big Bear

The rooms are clean and neat. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful! They made our stay memorable! I'd highly recommend staying at the Honey Bear lodge! The kids loved this place and the location is wonderful. It is close to everything the area has to offer.
