Unbelievable that people have the cheek to charge such exorbitant prices for a basic room in a very ordinary boarding house. I have not had such a negative experience to date! Issues as follows:

This is just a suburban house, you are renting a bedroom and sharing the facilities with other guests. Only one room has an ensuite so there can be 6-10 people all queueing to use the bathroom in the morning.
