A very nice 5 day stay here, the owner was very pleasant and helpful, even when i turned up after midnight to book the room. The room was very clean and had fridge, TV and coffee maker as well as a microwave. First class free wifi too. Next time I am in Burney I will be calling here.

We had great expectations of this place, but unfortunately the place is very deceptive. The owner does not tell you about additional costs and debits that they will put on your bill. Several "fine" prints not mentioned. Stay away from this mess.

Exactly what we were looking for in a small town. Very reasonable even over the holiday weekend. Front staff great. This is the best motel in Burney. Charming and clean, with a personal touch to it. Rooms are spacious and most have kitchenettes. Location is great - across from shopping center, walking distance to restaurants. Owner was very nice and friendly, and made the stay more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.
