I love this resort ! It;s unassuming yet well appointed with highly professional staff. The mud bath are amazing with pure volcanic ash. Be sure to recline out around the Buddha pond after your service. The best amenity is the adults only only to relax around and enjoy pure calistoga mineral water fresh from the ground.

My husband and I only had the opportunity to stay one day and night but will return. The property is beautiful and the spa services were wonderful (mud bath and massage). As have most other reviewers noted - the buddha pond was lovely for relaxing before and after spa service and the hot mineral springs fed pool was incredible. We... More

Indian Springs is located in Calistoga- a town which may have once had more 'Old West' flair but is now mainly a tourist town in the middle of wine country. I've been wanting to try Indian Springs for many years and finally made it Memorial Day Weekend. Indian Springs has been upgrading for several years and now has a "lodge"... More

We stayed at the resort just for a night because we love the hot springs pool so much, but were disappointed when we waited all day for the temperature to drop down so that we could enjoy it, only to find out they lower the temperature of the water in the Sring/summer season. They did not tell us this when... More

For a family get-together we rented the Merchant Cottage at Indian Springs. We had two couples with a young child each and two benevolent grandparents. The rooms were comfortable and the beds, extravagantly so. We cooked our dinners using food and wine from town in the (well-equipped) kitchen and on the porch barbecue. We got our wine and provisions at... More

I was last at Indian Springs 10 years ago and was fearful the place had changed. It hasn't changed much - and that great. (The only change I could see was a 2nd adults only pool - a useful addition) and some extra lodging units. The property can be pricey on weekends and also sold out, even in the off... More

Indian Springs has two amazing, world-class draws: the spring fed, olympic sized swimming pool, and the extravagantly wonderful mud-bath experience. The pool is unlike anything I've experienced, with bathwater warm pure spring water that you could literally stay in for days. No chlorine required! I highly recommend guests experience an evening swim under the stars, the pool stays open until... More

Took my girlfriend up for a surprise weekend trip to Calistoga with the main portion to be spent at Indian springs. Amazing facility and staff. We both had mud baths and a couples massage. The whole experience was out of this world. First a mud bath, then into a mineral tub, next the sauna awaits, then after a recovery session,... More

Indian springs understands what we all want, or most of us anyway- a unique travel experience we can enjoy and remember. The enormous hot springs fed swimming pools, two of them , the mud baths and spa treatments, unique spa products, not mini bottles of ones we get at home, outdoor fireplace and morning coffee and tea bar. The list... More
