Gorgeous property within walking distance of many restaurants. The room was large and easy for an electric wheelchair to manuever around. Staff was efficient and friendly. We were there to visit friends and everyone was very comfortable. I would definately stay here again.

This is a good business hotel. It is a great location for downtown San Jose, like the Shark Tank or Santana Row. There are restaurants in the PruneYard, brewery, pizza, Outback... That are good for business travel.

I love staying at the newly remodeled Pruneyard Plaza Hotel. The location has everything within walking distance. I discovered this time however that the rooms on the far end face a mall parking lot and all night long people are driving, revving engines and doing lord knows what. Not pleasant at all. It is a friendly, homely hotel, great access to Restaurants shops, Traders Joe's i 5 minutes away as is Fry's for Europeans wanting Electrical good. They have a complimentary breakfast, as well as a breakfast menu. i always feel welcome there, and always stay there when i visit headquarters

I always stay at the PruneYard when I'm in San Jose, a few times a year on business. A comfy and luxurious hotel with just what I need for a good stay. I like seeing the same friendly faces serving me breakfast every time I'm there, too! It's like coming home.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and happy that we were there. The breakfast, including wonderful coffee, fresh fruit, oatmeal, scones, etc, was delicious. We took advantage of nearby Los Gatos Creek Trail for a run. The hotel is a short walk to the Sunday farmers' market in Campbell.
