La Costa is such an amazing resort! The staff was so helpful in making our stay perfect, from bringing our bags to the room, to make reservations, to helping out with special requests! We had such a wonderful and relaxing weekend by the pool, and love the DJ during the day on Saturday! Will for sure visit again, and often!

Although the location and grounds of this resort are outstanding, I felt the customer service lacked very much. This is a very upscale resort and the customer was very weak. Slow service at the pool, front desk not very friendly etc...very disappointing!
