We stayed here twice over the last 6 months. The cottages have a quaint feel to them but the bathrooms need updating. The water pressure is good and the bed was comfortable. The cottages are good size but the carpets are dirty and the furniture is very shabby. The price is good but you get what you pay for, and it's not much! I don't think I would come back. The only good comment I can make is that the location is great!

Comfortable mattress, pretty simple breakfast offerings (roll, juice, water, banana), fairly close to Carpenter and street noise, cute setting, but definitely old cottages in need of some updating, heat from fireplace only. Relatively quiet at night. Affordable pricing

These are older stand alone cottages, however they were roomy, clean and comfortable. In the morning there is a knock on the door and a basket of juice, fruit and muffins is delivered. This is not luxury, but for the price in Carmel its an excellent deal.
