I had arrived early and the desk clerk gave me the room. Her personality was dry but professional, but this did not matter to me. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The area was quiet and I slept good. Will stay here again when I visit Davis.

I have stayed at this Econo Lodge over 20 times. It is well-located, right in the heart of Davis, and is good value, especially compared to other downtown motels. The clerks are friendly, and the continental breakfast is fine, too. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. All in all, a good stay!

Best I can say about this place is that it has electricity. The location was right downtown with easy walking access to restaurants and shops. The room was basic but clean. The bath was apparently upgraded with very nice shower. Did not have much choice in Davis as we arrived late. There are several other places around however this was the cheapest one for a night. The rooms were ok and clean, however a bit old fashioned. Breakfast was ok.All in all ok for 1 night.

I have spent a minor fortune at this place for business and social visits. I can't say enough about Econolodge Davis. It's a completely basic non-frills hotel, but that's what you pay for.
