The staff were extremely courteous and the rooms were spotless. A beautiful property. We will stay here again. We were here during a heat wave, but the grounds were green and lush, making things feel cool and inviting.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel shuttle picked me up from the nearby Metrolink station; they drove me to pick up dinner; they made sure I had everything I needed in the room; the breakfast chef made a wonderful omelette; and so on. This was my first stay at an Ayres property and was very satisfied with my stay. The staff is very friendly, starting with the genuinely warm welcome by Peter at the front desk.
