“Great motel for a great price!”

I've lived in the area for quite some time but have never stepped foot in this place until recently. Due to my home being painted, I needed a place to stay for the day/night and decided to give the Terrace a chance. “Great deal”

I recently stayed here for work. It is conveniently located near a BART station. The rooms are very clean, and the price was such a great deal compared to other places in the East Bay (motels are definitely not cheap here).
