This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I love the jacuzzi tub. The room was fairly quiet as far as hotels go. The staff was amazing. Aggressive staff. Not customer service oriented. Stayed here on several occasions with pros and cons each time. Convenient to Anaheim, but can probably find a friendlier staff. San Clemente HI Express is much better!!
