“prices raised after nationwide tv ad”

I would say prices have increased after California wide TV & radio ad campaign bathroom fixtures are old & some of the nickel plating have rusted other hotel chains have renovated with impeccable bathroom fixtures, such as full size bath tub, free shampoo sachets, parquet flooring ESA @ Gardena offers only pre-fab shower. “Excellent Service!”

I checked in late and was offered toothpaste, coffee and was very pleased with my requests. I will recommend this hotel to my family when they come in July. Hopefully the hotel will accept 4 rooms full of woman and children that are ready to have a good time

Our overall view of this hotel was excellent compared to other places we stayed in before coming to Extended Stay America. The location is quite and beautiful. The rooms were big and very clean. You get what you pay for. Very good value considering the location. I stayed for 3 months, for work. I had one problem with getting bit in my sleep. “nasty service”

they were mean and uncaring they did not care about doing there job no service unclean sheets no breakfast the manager did not seem to care that we were making complaints just that we were bothering her and this attitude was shared by most of the staff

Karen had excellent customer service. She was polite and very nice. The room was clean and neat. Every question that I had was answers correctly and in matter of seconds. The breakfast could have been a little better but overall I had a excellent experience here.

This hotel is tucked away and very cozy. I loved my experience and will definitely stay again. There was ample parking, which i loved and the staff were very welcoming. I will refer my colleagues here also.
