What an amazing experience. From check in to check out it was truly a memorable stay. The suite we had was gorgeous. Floor to ceiling windows. Well worth the upgrade! The lounge and the bartenders were friendly and the food was great.

Thank you for the amazing review. The hotel has 17 of the Deluxe King (suites) guest rooms so there are usually upgrades to be had at a minimal cost. The rooms were comfortable. The shuttle to/from airport and to locations within I believe a 3-mile radius was very nice. Drivers were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again if we fly in/out of Orange County.

Jason, Nuveen, and staff bent over backwards to make sure I had a quiet comfortable room. Also, they asked how everything was and if I needed anything, upon passing the lobby to the elevator. The exercise room was convenient and filled with top notch equipment, so I didn't have to go offsite. Checkout was quick and easy.
