Went here for my anniversary with my wife. Lovely property with lots of nice details. Complimentary champagne at check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is nice - great views of vineyards. Only downside is not a great breakfast spread which was a little disappointing.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed at the Kenwood for my wife's 40th birthday celebration. The staff was absolutely incredible. They made every effort to make our stay perfect. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone was from top to bottom. The Inn is immaculate and, honestly, the photographs on the internet just do not do it justice. This is one of those rare occasions where you get way more than you anticipated in terms of the look, feel and comfort of the property. That is not to say that the pictures are not impressive. They are. However, the actual property is just bigger, more beautiful and well maintained than I could have ever imagined. The Inn was at capacity while we were there, yet it felt like it was at 15% capacity. There were no crowds, no waiting for anything, just peaceful people enjoying the property with us. The Inn is very close in proximity to a number of great vineyards and restaurants. We ate at Salt and Stone just up the street and it was amazing! We also did a tasting at Annadale Estate Winery (less than 3 miles away) and it was mind blowing! B.Wise's tasting room is also just a hop and a skip away. There was a nearby pub that was great and several in our group had a great meal at the Glenn Ellen Star (also nearby). There is ample parking, EV charging available, and many nearby trails to walk on. This is a very special place. It reminds me of the Old Edwards Inn over in Highlands, NC. If you've been there, then you will know what to expect. Just over the top. I cannot say enough good things. Feel free to email or message me for more information!

This was my 4th visit to Kenwood Inn and Spa. It is our favorite place to relax, be pampered, and enjoy the wine country area. From the moment we arrive, we are treated with sparkling wine and fresh baked cookies. Yasmin at the front desk is always so welcoming and attentive. We normally stay in the Grand King + Patio as we love the view and the ability to open the windows for fresh air. This time we were complimentary upgraded to the Sonoma Suite. This is a lovely suite with 2 rooms. What I most loved about this room was that I could take a soak in the large tub, and watch the fireplace that unites the bedroom and bathroom. There is another fireplace in the living area, with also a half bath.

An excellent two nights midweek at the Kenwood. Property is gorgeous, room was perfect, breakfast was amazing (continental buffet and a choice of two hot dishes), and the hot tub was smokin’! Would go again in a heartbeat.

We felt so very welcome at Kenwood Inn and Spa. We only had time to stay two nights but it served to refresh us after a hectic year of 2023. In November we were watching a San Francisco bay area television show called "Localish". It is about local places to stay, eat and other attractions and things of interest to do. I googled the Kenwood Inn & Spa after I saw it on tv and they were having a black Friday sale 40% off! We immediately booked a quick getaway for January 2024. So well worth it! We then booked a wine dinner for our first night there. I had not thought about what we were going to do about transportation to the dinner so we could both drink the featured wines and contacted the Inn's concierge Lim Ann who turned out to be so incredibly helpful to find a local driver to come and take us to the dinner and then return to pick us up and return to the Inn afterwards at a reasonable price. Note: local Limo companies want your business for tours and have a four hour minimum so that did not work for getting to a restaurant and return for dinner. We were so very thankful! We enjoyed the Inn's hot tub after dinner that is open 24 hours a day. I went about 10 pm. for a nice relaxing rest in the hot water after the wine dinner. I sure did sleep very well that night. Our room was very comfortable and we used the fireplace multiple times in the evening and also in the morning. We sat at the little table in front of the fire reading our emails, texts and also watching the television above the fireplace. On the second night we had an antipasto platter for our dinner (in front of the fire) delivered by room service. it was excellent. We drank champagne with antipasto. We plan on returning again later this year if time permits.

We loved our stay- albeit for only one night as had to go to family for Thanksgiving. Sebastian was welcoming and helpful even though we arrived early. He gave us suggestions for nearby wineries and also olive oil places. Took his suggestions and were not disappointed. Breakfast was plentiful/tasty, room and bedding comfortable and lovely. The wine hour was intriguing- they have folks from a local winery come in and it was fun to meet the other guests. We went back to the winery the next day after our tasting, made our purchases and shipped them home. Great marketing! All the staff members were pleasant and friendly and Jasmin was great with our room service order and any further questions we had. We will come back again and have already suggested Kenwood to our local family who venture for sort hops. Just be mindful that it is a boutique sort of place- quiet and relaxing. Glen Ellen Star and Salt and Stone were terrific close by eateries. We stayed in Room 31.

We really enjoyed the inn . Very relaxing , quiet and an old world feel . Room was clean and well equipped. Linens are soo comfy! Pool was wonderful and relaxing after hiking and touring wineries. Loved the waterfalls and low lighting throughout the property. It was definitely way better than we expected. Breakfast was great and free. Cold water and sparkling water available at all times. (Treat) . Town was a little distance but who cares . We just like hanging out on the little patio next to the outdoor heater . We will be back without a doubt . This is not resort. It is quiet and respectful for people’s space . Felt safe . Stayed in a garden room with patio.

Loved our 3 night getaway to Kenwood recently. Lots of parking, friendly staff who clearly enjoyed working there. Amazing massage at the spa, one of the best I ever had. Huge room, super clean and super comfy bed. Wine and cheese hour every night was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good with two main options to choose from and great staff (Nordi). Restaurants about a mile away. Only issues we had were: Road noise from Sonoma Highway 12 - it would be great if the hotel had let us know we could have moved rooms before we got settled No full length mirror in our room (Room 2) Food at breakfast could have been of a higher quality, fresh orange juice etc We still loved it and this was the best hotel of our Sonoma and Napa trip

You feel like you are walking into a European Villa and the staff, the grounds, the amenities are all so thoughtfully arranged. The rooms are situated in such a way as to allow for ample privacy. We scored a mid-week special that included a bottle of Prosecco and a room upgrade. We had a small private courtyard with a sunny sitting area. They really had me at on-demand sparkling water and chocolate chip cookies, but the breakfast was also fantastic. Nuri was working hard to meet the demands of all the special orders at breakfast. The bed and linens were perfect - I meant to ask what brand the bed linens were. I could have stayed there a week but hubby said it wasn’t in our budget. Till next time…

I came here for one night with my partner for my birthday. I spent several hours researching places in the area for a mini staycation nearby and decided on this place because it was a relatively good deal (breakfast included, wine and cheese in the afternoon included, bottle of Prosecco upon arrival in the room) and had the exact cute vibes I wanted and a pool/hot tub (plus it was warm and I wanted to get away from the cold in San Francisco). I loved my stay here. I didn't do any of the spa treatments or add-ons (like the cabanas) but I loved it nonetheless. It feels homey and relaxing and the other guests were respectful and friendly, it was such a nice place to come to. The room was newly renovated, clean, beautiful, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The breakfast was definitely good especially for being free, and I appreciated that they had gluten free bread :) also, I called early and they said we were able to come hours before check in to use the pools before we checked into our room, which we really appreciated--we got a really full use of the property even for just one night. The staff were all so friendly and charming. I can't wait to come back, perhaps in another season!
