Otres beach as a whole is a much better choice than the other beaches in sihanoukville. It is far more chilled out, the water is crystal clear (with glowing plankton if you swim at night!) and the sun sets are spectacular. This place is now called everythang. Overall it was ok, fab location right on the beautiful otres beach. We stayed in the little bungalow with shared bathrooms. Carrie the owner is great. Can't comment on the rooms as I only ate here, the place is run by a lovely American lady called Kerry,I had the fish tacos but sadly not enough spice for my liking but overall good, a great place to chill out after a hard day on the beach :-)
