The hotel is in a good location but the rooms are poor and the building work was often 0800 - 2000. I'd suggest avoiding Sihanoukville altogether and getting out to one of the island locations. Boat trips are also fairly good from here.

We (family of 5) stayed here early january 2011. Breakfast was OK but not good. The beach, with plenty of small restaurants is just across the (big) road. The rooms were OK. Good enough for a couple of days on the beach.
