Shame on Holiday Inn for letting this property get to this level. I don't know what else to say other than for me traveling on business I will not be back untill the remodel. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have cameras on the aisles and they did not assume any responsibility. I highly recommend to verify twice that your doors are fully locked as they do not close automatically as expected. More

From the website this looks like a great place but we have stayed here twice now while visiting Knott's Berry Farm. The front desk service was a bit of a turn off and don't expect to checkin before 3PM. More
