Rooms weren't ready. Staff could have cared less. Room below average for the $$$$. Was stuck here due to a conference what a mistake. Hotel has a policy that rooms have to be paid for in advance in full.

The hotel location is very good with lots of activities nearby. The rooms and public areas were immaculate and the breakfast was good. The hotel does charge for the parking but is reasonable and useful. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We stayed 2 nights ahead of a cruise leaving from San Pedro. Great choice. The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient, and the staff was very courteous. And, the hotel was nearby (easy walk) shops, restaurants (check out Pine Avenue), the beach and arts. We will definitely stay here on our next cruise.

This was a very comfortable and friendly hotel to stay at. My daughter and I were in town for Chamber Day and a Fundraiser Dinner at the Aquarium of the Pacific. The location of the hotel was perfect. We walked to and from the Aquarium at night and felt very safe. Nice walk. The desk staff was awesome friendly.
