This was my second stay and was very satisfied. Location is not right in downtown but close enough. Actually preferred...close to Second Street. Restaurants and shopping. Also excellent breakfast with your stay. Will stay again.

Needed only to spend one night to attend concert performance at the Carpenter Center. Check in was easy in this very convient location. Front desk was very welcoming and accomodating to specfic location. Hotel may need some upgrades but is very clean and spacious. Good comfortable beds. Two weeks in this hotel passed very quickly. Superior customer service and clean rooms with comfortable beds made the time fly by. Good food at the attached restaurant and a small bar w/ pool tables was a good spot to relax. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice place in a convenient location to consider staying at this hotel.

Hotel is situated in a great location near the Long Beach Marina, which is a beautiful area. Quiet, and convenient to for coming and going, and free parking. Two week training course held in the hotel-- Provided all meals, plus 2 drinks per day & per iem. Superior Customer service... Staff was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guest were satisfied. Hope to do more training here!!!

This is the best deal for Government travel; anywhere! Included in the rate is all three meals, drinks, golfing and even gym membership. No one can beat this deal!! I stayed here for two full weeks and the customer service was spectacular and they were always bending over backwards to help.
