“Terrible service!”

Terrible terrible terrible. Where to start? 1. No matter what day you call, no matter what rules they cite, the $39 rate advertised on signage is NOT applicable at any time (even though it’s worth that amount or less). 2. Crappy crappy crappy customer service no matter what shift. Staff is rude and refuses to accommodate any reasonable guest request.... More

“Cheap rooms close to 710 and 91 freeways”

They served continental breakfast. Its good if your short on cash, but its not the hotel I would bring the family to. Its pretty big, with a lot of rooms, some jaccuzzie rooms to. Alot of police activity.
