If you're an international traveller, this hotel is not for you. All the feautures such as shopping centres, downtown, the beach, hollywood boulevard, are around 15-20 mins drive to get to. I can't imagine how much time it would take by bus or how much in cab fare and time lost it would take to get to Santa Monica Beach...

Really not a great location ... you could do much better. Staff were fine but nothing special in terms of service anywhere. Tour desk was useful. Rooms were ok ... seemed weird not to have movies when youa re in Beverly Hills though! Breakfast was ok. Bar staff and valet were friendly and helpful.
