Let me begin by saying that wewould stay here again when we return to the states. Excellent location in the west side of Los Angeles, close to everything. We found great restaurants and shopping very close. The staff was very friendly and attentive can't say enough about them. Excellent room and we found it ti be an excellent value.

When paying almost $300/night, plus $30 daily valet, I expect to at least find a little muffin and juice with the morning coffee, which is OVER at 9 am. Spent three nights at the Hotel Palomar. Outstanding in every respect. Great room, friendly staff, free coffee, newspapers, and WiFi (for Kimpton loyalty members). I look forward to visiting again soon.

This is my first stay at the Palomar..have to say, it was pleasant! Rooms are pleasant, comfy bed, excellent shower (road warriors would understand beds and showers) and the staff provide excellent service. Complimentary cocktail hour, and located in a very central area. Gym small but very adequate. I will be back.
