The hotel has an open atrium where breakfast is served, if you want to sleep avoid the second floor. The bed was uncomfortable and it just didn't measure up to other Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed in. Parking and internet are free, and the shower was good. First of all it is located directly under the freeway off ramp! There technically is no lobby. The hallways don't have carpet...it's open air on the ends. Friendly and helpfull staff, clean and large rooms. The location was excellent for visiting Hollywood and Universal Studio's. The free breakfast was the best I had on my whole trip (15 hotels). I totally recommend this hotel if the area suites you. Parking is not included. More
